Meet the Wildwood Coaching Team
Our team of career coaches and CV specialists respond to any outplacement assignment within 24 hours of being engaged. Each employee is contacted and introduced to our support. Within 7 days they’ll have a call with their career coach to get things started. Our career coaching services can be on a group or individual basis, online or face-to-face at your premises across the UK.

Meet June Hogan, Founder of Wildwood Coaching
I’m June Hogan, Founder of Wildwood Coaching. With over 25 years of experience in HR, including personal and professional experience of redundancy, I’ve been on both sides of the table.
I know how hard it is to deliver the news and to receive it. I’ve faced redundancy alone without any support and appreciate how challenging it can be.
After my second redundancy, I took a career break overseas. I invested in professional coach training, something I’d been interested in for a while. It was one of the best decisions I ever made – training to become a coach changed my life. I qualified in 2017 and upon returning to the UK, I began planning my own outplacement firm. Wildwood Coaching was formed in 2019.
Specialising in outplacement support brings together my personal and professional experience of redundancy, my coaching qualification and my values.
Over the years I’ve established a fantastic team of trusted, experienced and qualified associates who deliver a person-centred, empathetic approach. It’s hugely important to me and my team that everyone is treated as an individual. We work at their pace, meeting them where they’re at and starting work on what’s important to them. We don’t use portals – everyone gets to work with a member of the team on an individual or group basis.
