The guidance showed you were to start and point you in the right direction. It gives you someone who is on your side to help you that's independent. I would definitely recommend the support because its support at a time when you are out on your own. It makes you focus on your job search instead of avoiding it.

If I change jobs again I know I already have a CV that is 90% completed and much easier to follow. Very good at connecting with the clients and having a friendly face when the day is long. The only thing I would say to improve things would be to have a deeper relationship with recruitment agents as it is a very confusing or complicated process. I think people would benefit massively from it as an extension of the service. Is there a way of networking with people who are in the same situation as you because it would give you a support system. I would definitely recommend the services and for my company to never stop offering it.
